PIP has partnered solely with Axiom to broaden their service offerings to include IT Infrastructure Services and IT Management Services. Recent projects include implementing a full helpdesk/escalation staffing rotation for an 80 person Private Equity Firm with offices worldwide. Victory Schools, Manhattan, NY
Founded in 1999 by philanthropist and education reformer Steven Klinsky, Victory Schools was first responsible for opening New York State’s first public charter school in 1999.
Since then Victory Schools has been instrumental in working with community leaders acting as a management company to assist in the creation and management of the majority of charter schools in New York State. Recently Axiom has performed full IT infrastructure roll outs for New Hope Academy Charter School and New World Preparatory Charter School in New York State. Project highlights include the full data and phone wiring of each facility, implementing wireless network coverage campus-wide, deploying over 100 iMac pcs, MacBook’s, MacBook minis, and Apple Servers. In addition Axiom provides ongoing support services for these charter schools.
Jurlique Skin Care – Worldwide
Jurlique is a global leader in all natural skincare products with corporate offices in New York, California, Australia, Asia and Europe. Axiom works closely with the internal IT support department located in Australia to provide U.S. based support for the company’s US offices.
Recent projects include the management, and full execution of a relocation project of their Irvington, New York facility to their flagship Santa Monica, CA headquarters. Axiom also provides local support to both offices as well as helpdesk support for their remote sales staff.
US Limousine Worldwide & Royal Falcon Aircraft Charter
A global leader in chauffeured executive ground and air transportation, US Limousine has worked with the team at Axiom for over 15 years. US Limousine has worked with Axiom to implement a variety of technology platforms including Microsoft Windows 2008, Exchange 2010, SQL 2008.
US Limousine worked with Axiom to build the IT infrastructure platforms to support their fully automated 24/7/365 call center and reservations desk. Additional services included integrating systems to allow clients to book reservations online through Saturn, Get There, Cliqbook, client web based reporting tools, Flight-View linked to FAA, and GPS Tracking for Vehicles Worldwide. US Limousine also utilizes Axiom’s full service helpdesk/field service support to maintain their infrastructure.
Barrington Chemical Corporation – Harrison, NY
Barrington Chemical is a 100mm company supplying the nutrition and pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years. Barrington approached Axiom with a variety of issues with their internal infrastructure specifically related to an unreliable email, file and remote access solution that was previously in place.
Axiom worked with Barrington to budget, approve, plan and implement a multi-server VMware solution utilizing HP Servers, Cisco networking, and Windows 2008/Exchange 2010 technology. Barrington also utilizes Axiom’s full service helpdesk/field service support to maintain their infrastructure.
Greenwich Adult Day Care – Greenwich, CT
The team at Axiom has worked with GADC for over 10 years. GADC is a Greenwich-based non-profit providing senior with various programs and services designed and developed to support healthy aging.
Most recently Axiom participated in the groundbreaking two year effort to relocate the GADC headquarters from the Nathaniel Witherell Rehab and Nursing Center to the historic 1927 Pump House on the Mianus River in downtown Greenwich. The Axiom team acted as the IT project lead from start to finish, participating during the planning and construction phases; full facilities build out, and final staff relocation phase. Servers, workstations, digital signage and Smart Board solutions were all provided by the Axiom team. GADC continues to utilize Axiom’s full service helpdesk/field service support to maintain their infrastructure.
