Network Monitoring

Axiom’s Network Monitoring can easily monitor client firewalls, servers, workstations and printers. Our network monitoring platform cash simply be configured to report to an existing internal IT department or to manage alerts directly for a client.  Axiom’s advanced monitoring tools allow us to be alerted instantly if a piece of equipment is experiencing issues or is tampered with.

Axiom’s monitoring solution works seamlessly with the Axiom Network Operations Center and helpdesk ensuring clients are alerted when issues arise. Tickets can be automatically routed to the Axiom Helpdesk, ensuring no time is lost between issue report and issue resolution.

Extensive reporting tools are included as well. Automated client reports outlining specific network details can be issued manually or via planned schedules.  Items such as overall network health, system uptime, free disk space, security patch status and much more can all be viewed instantly through the Axiom Client Access Portal.
