Network Assessment

A sound and strategic technology plan is often difficult to envision and execute without a clear understanding of the current state of affairs within your organization.  While simple in principle, today’s technology assessments are frequently nothing more than an automated network scanning tool. From Axiom’s point of view, this is not, a Network Assessment.  This is merely a sales and marketing tool.

The Axiom IT Network Assessment approach consists of 5 distinct phases:

Discovery:
In the spirit of total client partnership, Axiom has developed a different approach to the IT Network Assessment. To begin, Axiom forms a dedicated team of professionals to meet with each prospective client. Our team collaborates with the client to outline your unique and individual goals and objectives. An in depth, hands on technology assessment is then performed, benchmarking the client network with firms of similar size within comparable industry verticals.

Gap Analysis:
We then take these assumptions and apply them to the Axiom Technology Roadmap, a proprietary document based on over 60 years of combined technology and business experience. The result is a clear understanding of where strengths and gaps exist within the client network.

Reporting:
Axiom then works with the data above and to produce a comprehensive report that is actionable to the business owner or executive. Clients are not only left with a clear understanding of their technology, but a direct understanding of how these findings may potentially impact their business.

Recommendations:
Recommendation are broken into three sections custom tailored to each individual client’s risk tolerance. A 3 year technology plan is developed with the client and any adjustments in strategy or business direction are further discussed.

Presentation:
Axiom works one-on-one with the management team to present findings in a summary presentation. This presentation can be branded on client letterhead and speaks to the key insights and recommendations outlined in the detailed report listed above. Axiom works with clients to adjust our presentation if further Board level presentations on findings are required.
